How to registration

Registration is conducted through the online registration system.
Please click the "Registration here" button on this page, and fill in the necessary information following the instructions on the registration page An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the registration is complete.

9/14 note: The registration fee has been changed; those who registered before 9/14 will be notified separately.

Registration Fee (JPY)

Payment Method

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and is can be made by credit card.
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners and Discover credit cards are accepted.
Please note that credit card statements may take approximately one to two monthsdue to the system constraints.

Receipt

A receipt for the registration fee can be downloaded after the payment is completed.
Please note that we do not accept requests for receipts to be sent by e-mail or mail.

Participation certificate

After the symposium ends, the certification can be downloaded from the online registration system.
Please check your registration completion email.

Cancellation and Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us via email at (itr2023_0216@or.knt.co.jp).
Change or cancellation dates and times are based on our business hours.
Between 10:00am and 5:00pm Japan Standard Time (UTC+0900) (Monday through Friday excluding national holidays).
Your inquiries made outside of business hours will be responded on the next business day.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for registration fees.

Registered personal information is used only for the purpose of this conference.
We take necessary security measures to protect and securely store the information.
